Bring a touch of sunshine to your space with Freckles, a unique ceramic wall light handmade in Tasmania, Australia. This charming light brings a touch of warmth and coziness to any room with its subtle yet dynamic up and down light, and eye-catching silhouette. Our makers have used a secret formula glaze technique, suspending iron oxide in a low sheen white glaze to create a delightful chemical reaction that gives Freckles its warm and freckled finish, just like it's been kissed by the sun! Mounted on a sleek, nearly invisible back plate, Freckles snuggles uptight to your wall. To maintain consistency whilst preserving the handmade qualities, Freckles Tall is slip cast into a mould. For those who love shorter designs, Freckles is also available in a short version.

Now rated IP-65, our Originals Collection can be installed in wet zones, for both interior and exterior use.

Please Note: Because Freckles is made with metal particles, each glaze firing can produce a slightly different finish. To better see the variations, please scroll down to see an example of some of the Freckly finishes. Not to worry, we will make sure to fulfil your order with the same finish!

Our standard delivery time within New Zealand is 2-3 working days. Please note unexpected delays may occur with delivery to the South Island due to current ferry or weather delay

All rugs orders are shipped for free throughout New Zealand. For all other orders shipping is calculated on weight and size of package.

Australia and other International orders may be charged Duty and Tax payment on arrival of goods into customers destination. These are not covered by Bohzali and are at the customers expense.

Returns

 

REFUND POLICY 

Bohzali wants you absolutely love everything you have purchased. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at hello@bohzali.com.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products. We will either offer you a refund for purchase price  or exchange it provided the items are in original condition and unused.

Please note  Rug and Runners on sale are not eligible for a refund.

We have free shipping and return from 11 September  2025 only on rugs.

RETURNS ON RUGS

Should you be unhappy for any reason and wish to return your rug, please email us at bohzali@gmail.com within 14 days.

A return address will be provided by email following your request to return the item. All returns are shipped to Bohzali at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

Returns must be received back in original condition and received by us within 7 days of the return notification. Within reason as we understand freight delays can be expected. Note: We don't accept return from overseas.

The process for this – re-pack the item, email us with the dimensions of the package, we will email you a courier label which you print and tape to the parcel, then follow instructions to book a courier to collect from your door. Rural address, you will need to drop the package to your nearest Courier Depot.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exhange or refund entitlement. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
