We offer worldwide shipping across all Bohzali pieces.

Within New Zealand, all rug orders include complimentary shipping.
All other items are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

Orders are dispatched within 72 weekday hours, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days across New Zealand.
Rural areas and South Island deliveries may experience slight delays due to ferry or weather conditions.

Returns

RETURNS & REFUNDS ON RUGS , DECOR , ART, MOROCCAN GLASS ,CERAMIC & FURNITURE

At Bohzali, we offer carefully curated, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the nature of our collections, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We believe in the quality of what we offer. Every piece is individually checked before dispatch and must meet our internal standards. We do not sell products that do not pass our quality control.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered if an item is received damaged or faulty, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To request this:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic proof of the issue

Where approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

We may offer an exchange (for example, selecting another rug) if requested within 15 days, and the item is returned in original condition following our process.

Please note: variations in colour, tone, size, and texture are part of the handmade nature of our rugs and are not considered faults, however we are open to discuss any faults you may find.

NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:

  • Change your mind
  • Select the wrong size or colour
  • Simply no longer want the product

All sales are considered final.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS (NZ LAW)

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if an item:

  • Is faulty
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is not of acceptable quality

If this occurs, please contact us at hello@bohzali.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, provide a:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Or refund

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, variations in colour, tone, and texture are not considered faults.
  • Natural wear, vintage character, and irregularities are part of the product’s authenticity.
  • We do not accept returns for these characteristics.

SHIPPING & LIABILITY

  • Bohzali is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors, we can help you to monitor and update with shipping number .
  • We do not accept returns from overseas under any circumstances.

FINAL SALE

All purchases made through Bohzali are considered final sale, unless the item is deemed faulty under New Zealand law.

We don't think of our sleep essentials as a transactional purchase. We think of them as an investment in your well-being, your happiness, and your best self. Unlike big retailers, our job starts when yours ends. We are obsessed with the outcome: making sure you truly Love Your Sleep and wake up feeling happy.

We know you can't be sure a pillow, duvet, or mask is right until you've tried it. That's why we take the risk entirely off your shoulders with our simple, non-negotiable guarantee.

Every sleep essential we sell comes with a 30-night risk-free trial.

Here's how it works:

  1. Sleep On It: From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 nights to use and love your new essential.

  2. Test the Promise: Put it through its paces! If your essential hasn't delivered on our promise - if you're not loving your sleep and waking up feeling happier - we haven't done our job.

  3. Get a Full Refund: Simply contact us before the 30-night period ends, return your item to our workroom and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. No complications. No restocking fees. 

Important Terms & Conditions (The Friendly Fine Print)

To keep our promise simple and fair, please note the following:

1. Eligibility

  • The 30-Night Trial applies only to your first purchase of any specific product type (e.g., your first pillow, first duvet, first sleep mask). This allows you to truly test the fit and feel risk-free.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.

  • We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from us.

2. Returns Process

  • Initiate the Return: To start a return, simply email us at  support@donotdisturbsleep.com with your original Order Number and a quick note confirming that the product did not deliver on your "Love Your Sleep" promise.

  • Return Shipping: We will send you instructions for returning the item. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the product is packaged securely. It does not need to be in the original shipping box, but it must be protected for transit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your essential arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, separate from the 30-Night Trial.

4. Exclusions

  • Home & Living or Clearance items are not eligible for the 30-Night Trial and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

LIGHTS

Warranty and Returns 

WARRANTY
Your We Ponder purchase comes with a 3-year structural warranty. This means we will replace your purchase if it appears to have a manufacturing fault excluding unavoidable imperfections. Due to the handmade nature of these wall lights, you might expect to find slight variations in size, glaze finish and form including unique beauty spots and natural inconsistencies. This is what gives each wall light individual lasting value and is not considered as an imperfection or manufacturing fault. All items go through a strict quality control procedure and are checked for any faults before being dispatched.  

Please note the below features are not considered defects:
- Bubbles in glaze
- Glaze spots
- Small surface indents
- Variations in colour and glaze thickness
- Slight angles/ wonky edges
- Small exposures of the clay beneath the clay on edges

We Ponder must be advised within 48 hours if you believe your purchase has a manufacturing fault. The purchase must be available to We Ponder for inspection and it is our discretion as to if the item is to be returned, refunded or replaced. This warranty does not cover scratches or stains or any general wear and tear such as chipped edges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


Transit Damage

If your We Ponder order arrives to you damaged, you must notify us via email info@weponder.com.au within 48hrs of receiving. Please take photographs of your damaged item clearly showing where the damage is present. We also require a photo showing the damaged item with the delivery box clearly showing the delivery label. Once we receive your email we will be in touch to let you know if we agree that there are clear indications of rough handling during transit and will do our very best to issue a replacement light as soon as possible.

Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, we only accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis and within a reasonable timeframe from delivery. Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.

•             Exchanges: Approved exchanges incur a $60 + GST restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

•             Returns: Approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

•             Credit Note Option: If you choose a credit note to use on our online shop instead of a refund, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.

Installation & Liability

We Ponder is not liable for loss or damage (including profit, opportunity, or goodwill) in connection with the supply of products. Any damage that occurs during installation is the sole responsibility of your qualified installer.
