Boujaad rugs are hand loomed in the middle of the Atlas mountains of Morocco by the Boujaad tribes. They often have patterns of small geometric shapes and stars. These soft yet striking pieces are produced with soft wool using mostly natural food with dyes, henna and indigo. Colours are often - pinks, red, purples and oranges.
These vintage rugs are between 20-60 years old and have been lovingly repaired. Any holes seen in these images have been mended and updated images will follow. Other wear and tear can be found appropriate to the age of the rug.
Beautiful faded pink with pops of colour, the perfect size for a hall or kitchen runner.
