Shula is a vintage Beni M'guild rug handcrafted in the western region of the mid Atlas Mountains.
These rugs are handcrafted by the Berber women of Morocco and can take a few months to a year to complete. Each tribe has a particular style craft and the rugs are given the namesake of the tribe ie Boujaad, Beni M'guild, Beni Ourain.

Each rug is individually handcrafted and maybe slightly asymmetrical in their shape and pattern with some minor imperfections.
These vintage rugs can bebetween 20-60 years old and have been lovingly repaired, wear and tear is seen appropriate to the age of the rug.
